Eligibility
Regional Yuva Kalyan evam PRD Adhikari (368 posts)
- Essential: a bachelor's degree from a university established by law in India, or an equivalent qualification.
- Preference: B.P.Ed/D.P.Ed; three years of service as a Block Commander or Halka Sardar in the organisation; at least two years in the Territorial Army; or an NCC 'B' certificate.
Vyayam Prashikshak / Physical Training Instructor (44 posts)
- Essential: a bachelor's degree and a D.P.Ed or B.P.Ed (or an equivalent recognised qualification) from a recognised university or institute.
- Preference: a diploma in coaching from NIS Patiala, LNIPE Gwalior or similar institutes, or an M.P.Ed; two years in the Territorial Army; or an NCC 'B' certificate.
For both posts
- PET-2025: you must have appeared in UPSSSC PET-2025 and have its score card. A zero or negative PET score means you cannot be shortlisted.
- Age: 21 to 40 years as on 1 July 2026, with upper age relaxation for UP SC, ST, OBC and other notified categories.
Selection Process
- Shortlisting for the main exam on the basis of the PET-2025 normalised score.
- Written main exam — 100 objective questions, 2 hours. Selection is based on this exam.
- Physical measurement and physical efficiency test — qualifying only, for candidates shortlisted on written marks.
- Merit list on written exam marks of candidates who pass the physical tests.

Physical Efficiency Test — PTI
- Indian exercises: mallakhamb, asanas and mugdar — 25 marks each; at least 50 of 75 needed.
- Gymnastics: parallel bars, horizontal bar, vaulting horse, pommel horse and floor exercise — 25 marks each; at least 75 of 125 needed.
- The physical tests are qualifying only; the final merit is on written exam marks.

- Pay ₹25 online (UPI, card or net banking) by 6 November 2026 and print the form.
