Digital products
Our paid products are digital PDFs (e-books, notes, previous papers). They are delivered instantly after payment, so orders cannot be cancelled once the download link has been issued.
When we refund
We will refund the full amount if:
- You were charged but did not receive a download link and we cannot provide one;
- You were charged more than once for the same order;
- The file is corrupt or materially different from its description and we cannot fix it within 3 working days.
How to request
Write to [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with your email address and Razorpay payment ID (starts with “pay_”).
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
