How to Resize Your Photo and Signature

  1. Pick the document — for example "SBI / IBPS · Photo" or "UKSSSC · Signature". Use "Custom size" if your notification gives different numbers.
  2. Choose the image from your phone or computer. For signatures and thumb prints, use a clear scan or photo on white paper.
  3. Adjust the crop position so your face is centred, or switch to "Fit whole image" for documents.
  4. Download the JPG and upload it in the application form.

Tips for a Photo That Is Not Rejected

  • Use a recent colour photo with a white or light background, face looking straight at the camera.
  • No cap, hat or dark glasses. Religious headwear is allowed if it does not cover the face.
  • Sign with a black or blue pen on white paper. Do not sign in CAPITAL letters — SBI and IBPS reject it.
  • The photo and signature you upload must match what you sign at the exam centre, so keep a few prints of the same photo.
