Experience can be from any government, semi-government, limited, private limited or registered private company or registered firm. The experience certificate must be uploaded with the form.
Age Limit (as on 1 July 2026)
- Minimum 18 and maximum 42 years: born between 2 July 1984 and 1 July 2008.
- Uttarakhand SC, ST and OBC get 5 years' relaxation; Uttarakhand persons with disabilities 10 years; dependants of Uttarakhand freedom fighters 5 years.
- Uttarakhand ex-servicemen can deduct their service period, as per rules.
Uttarakhand Connection (Group 'C' Rule)
You must meet one of these: registration at an employment exchange in Uttarakhand by the last date; or an Uttarakhand domicile/permanent residence certificate; or High School and Intermediate passed from institutions in Uttarakhand. People already in Uttarakhand government service do not need employment exchange registration.
