How to use the syllabus
- Five subjects carry 46 questions: Constitutional Law (10), CrPC/BNSS (10), CPC (10), IPC/BNS (8) and Evidence/BSA (8). Start with these.
- Family Law and Contract/
Property/ NI Act add 8 questions each, and Tort/MV Act/Consumer Protection 5. - The other 11 subjects carry 2–4 questions each — 33 questions in all (ADR, PIL, Administrative, Professional Ethics, Company, Environmental, Cyber, Labour, Taxation, Land Acquisition and IP). Together they are a third of the paper, so revise their key sections rather than skipping them.
- Learn the section numbers of the new criminal laws alongside the old ones, because both are in the syllabus.
