The Pariwar Register (Parivar Register, परिवार रजिस्टर) is the family register kept by the Gram Panchayat in Uttarakhand. It lists every family in the village and its members. A copy (nakal) of it links you to your father and family. That is why it is asked for in caste, domicile and income certificate applications and in schemes such as Nanda Gaura.
You can get the copy online on the Apuni Sarkar portal at eservices.
