Prayagraj RRB has 265 posts. These include 196 Goods Train Manager and 36 Chief Commercial cum Ticket Supervisor posts for North Central Railway, plus 6 Chief Commercial cum Ticket Supervisor posts and 1 clerk post for Northern Railway. Chandigarh RRB has 59 posts, all for Northern Railway: 6 Goods Train Manager, 25 Junior Accounts Assistant and 28 Senior Clerk. The detailed category-wise split for each RRB and zone is in Annexure B of the CEN.

Choose your RRB carefully. You can apply to only one RRB, and you cannot change it later. More than one application leads to rejection of all of them and a ban from future RRB exams. After you are selected, a transfer to another Railway is generally not registered for 5 to 10 years.
