How to Download the Admit Card
- From the afternoon of 18 October 2026, open stetregistration.cbrt.co.in.
- Log in with the User ID and password you received by SMS during registration.
- Download the admit card and check your paper, subject, date, shift and centre.
- Carry the printed admit card and an original photo ID to the exam centre.
Exam Pattern
| Part | Marks |
| Subject content (your chosen subject) | 100 |
| Teaching skills (pedagogy) and other abilities | 50 |
| Total | 150 |
- Multiple-choice questions, 1 mark each, no negative marking.
- Duration: 150 minutes (2½ hours).
- Paper I follows the graduation syllabus of Bihar universities; Paper II follows the graduation (honours) syllabus.
- Music, dance and fine arts under Paper I are held as separate exams. Physical Education is only in Paper I.
- Results use normalisation because the exam runs in several shifts. Pass/fail is decided on the normalised score, not the raw score. Even without negative marking, many wrong answers can lower the normalised score.
Passing Marks
| Category | Minimum marks |
| General | 50% |
| Backward Class (BC) | 45.5% |
| Extremely Backward Class (EBC) | 42.5% |
