The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has released the admit cards (call letters) for the online exam of Advertisement No. 12/2026/CHQ/DR-CBT — recruitment of Managers and Junior Executives in 15 disciplines. Candidates can download them from the IBPS-hosted link from 14 to 26 October 2026 using their registration or roll number and password/date of birth.
As per AAI's notice of 23 September 2026, the computer-based test is tentatively on 21 October 2026 (9 posts) and 26 October 2026 (6 posts). There are 389 vacancies in all, with a CTC of about ₹21 lakh for Managers and ₹14 lakh for Junior Executives.

How to Download the AAI Admit Card
- Open the AAI call letter link on ibpsreg.ibps.in (in Important Links below), between 14 and 26 October 2026.
- Enter your registration number or roll number and your password or date of birth (DD-MM-YY), then the captcha.
- Download and print the call letter. Read the instruction handout (Hindi/English) on the same page.
- Carry the call letter and a valid original photo ID to the exam centre on your date.
Download before 26 October — the link closes after that. For problems, use the IBPS help desk at cgrs.ibps.in (9:30 AM – 6 PM on working days).

Experience must be from government, PSUs or large private firms (listed companies, 250+ employees or ₹250 crore+ turnover). Colour blindness and night blindness are rejection criteria for all posts except Manager (Finance) and Junior Executive (Finance).
Age Limit (as on 7 September 2026)
- Manager: up to 32 years; Junior Executive: up to 27 years.
- Relaxation: SC/ST 5 years, OBC (NCL) 3 years, PwBD 10 years, eligible ex-servicemen 5 years, regular AAI employees up to 10 years.
Selection Process
- Objective computer-based test for all posts, with no negative marking. The syllabus is on aai.aero under the advertisement.
- Shortlisted candidates go to application verification and other tests. Manager posts (codes 1–11) also have an interview.
- Manager (Fire Services): physical measurement, driving test and physical endurance test (running, casualty carrying, pole/rope/ladder climbing) before the interview, and a ₹5 lakh surety bond to serve 3 years after training.
- Roll numbers of shortlisted candidates are published only on the AAI website.

Basic pay plus dearness allowance, perks at 35% of basic, HRA, CPF, gratuity and medical benefits as per AAI rules.
Application Fee (Already Paid)
₹1,000 (including GST). Women, SC, ST, PwBD candidates and those who completed one year of apprenticeship at AAI were exempt.
